Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders containing ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 9-12 working days.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made items, including certain variations of our products, are hand-crafted to order. Custom items will be shipped within 1-3 weeks.
  • Mixed Orders: If your order includes custom and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will ship together when all items are ready. However, we recommend placing separate orders to receive ready-to-ship items sooner.

Domestic Delivery (UK)

We offer multiple shipping options based on the weight of your order and delivery speed:

  • Courier Shipping: It’s free and delivers 9-12 working days. Orders received after 2 PM will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on our courier partners. Refunds for shipping fees are not available in case of delays caused by couriers.

International Delivery

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy if you are not satisfied.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made items (e.g., products made to your specific color or size specifications) are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.
  • Limited-edition items are non-refundable.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

    Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

Exchanges
We recommend returning the original product and placing a new order to exchange an item. This ensures you receive your desired replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days (minus shipping costs). Please note that processing times for banks or credit card providers may vary.
